    Not ready to commit to a 6 week program? Want to try Breath and Ice out? This is for you
    In an intimate small-group setting, you’ll move through functional breathwork techniques to regulate the nervous system, followed by an invigorating cold water immersion to awaken the body and build resilience. This class provides a little taster of some of the benefits of cold water therapy and breathwork

  • Corporate/ Workplace events

    Book Amy for group events focused on breathwork, stress management, and/or cold water therapy. Ideal for wellness retreats, corporate programs, or any group seeking a deeper connection with body and mind. Customisable to fit your needs.
